That’s why I created the Reflective Practice Supervision Group, a small, closed group where mental health professionals can explore their challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.

If you’ve ever left a session wondering if you did enough, struggled with self-doubt, or wished you had a space to process tough cases—this group is for you.

If you’re looking for a collaborative, growth-focused space to deepen your clinical practice while also prioritizing your own well-being, you’ll feel right at home here.

I offer both open and closed supervision group options, with spaces in the closed group intentionally capped at 8 participants to ensure a meaningful experience for everyone.

If this sounds like the kind of support you need, I’d love for you to join us. Reach out to secure your spot or ask any questions. I’m happy to chat!

Reflective Practice Supervision Group

Early in my career, I often found myself second-guessing my decisions. I’d leave sessions wondering, Did I handle that right? Did I miss something important? At times, I felt stuck, circling the same case over and over in my mind, unsure of the next step. And then, of course, there was the imposter syndrome whispering, What if I’m not good enough?

Over the years, I learned that these struggles aren’t just common—they’re part of being a thoughtful, ethical, and reflective clinician. But I also learned something else: having a space to process, reflect, and connect with peers makes all the difference.
